As sad as it is to say goodbye to summer, I always look forward to the joy that is back to school shopping (well the clothing part at least). Though there are a few little essentials that I will shop for throughout the first semester (plain t-shirts, jeans, and a couple pieces of statement jewelry), I have compiled a group of fall essentials that I'm excited to wear with a number of different outfits :)
1.) sweater dress from J.Crew
I was super excited when I found this at their collection store down in miami when I went for a tour of the U of Miami campus. It works by itself with a pair of nude heels for right now, but I'll also wear it into the winter by adding tights/leggings and a scarf :)
2.) menswear shoes
These shoes feel like they'll never go out of style. Cute with jeans and a t-shirt, structured pants and a blazer, or even a dress, these will last for a long time (and also from j. crew :D)
3.)Jewel-Tone Blouses
I love how they give an instant pop of color to an outfit that might other wise be drab. For fall I'll be wearing them with dark wash jeans, black pants, and little black skirts.
